In this category we work the traditional method, detecting what are the incorrect patterns of movement that the athlete may have, since nearly every sport demands from the body, as if it were a machine, the repetition of a movement, be it a strike, a kick, a swing, which in numerous occasions causes muscular imbalance.

In part what we do in this category is see what are the actions that the body is demanding in order to bring balance back and in this way, allow the athlete to have a superior performance in any discipline.
